Not much. Most exercises can be done with bodyweight or simple household items. If you have access to gym equipment, the program adapts to that as well.
This is extremely common and is rarely a barrier to progress. The program focuses on improving movement, tolerance, and function which are the factors that actually create long term improvement regardless of what your scans show.
The program is fully personalised. Your initial evaluation identifies your specific limitations. Your plan then updates each week based on your check in forms, your messages, and the four video consultations included in the program.
